Ultimate Reset

The results are in! 14 lbs in 21 days. Yup. That is right. I lost 14 lbs in 21 days and feel great! I have more energy, I feel better, I have more confidence going into the holiday eating season and now that I am able to get back to my normal workouts, I can push harder with my workouts.

Fitness is a Family Affair

It is important to me that my kids grow up to enjoy fitness and to see it as a normal part of their life instead of something to dread. Every Saturday morning at 7:30am, the whole family goes out to run and walk with the Red Power Diva fitness group. It is the highlight of the week for my kids.






We have competed in many races as a family. Every time, we are winners.
 My 7 year old is really turning into quite a runner. He can keep up with me running a 5k.

 My kids also enjoy working out with me at home. They have done parts of Insanity and P90X with me. They usually only last about 5-10 minutes, but they still enjoy the novelty of it.

9 Months After Baby

I remember the day I took this first picture. My son was student of the week and had to bring in pictures of his family for his project. Zachary was one month old and Connor was complaining that we didn't have any family pictures that have Zachary in it and he needed it for his project. So, we went in the backyard and took some pictures of the family. I saw the picture and realized I really needed to focus on losing weight and getting back in shape. P90X results

I started P90X in April after I finished Insanity. Below are my 90 day results. I lost 3 inches on my waist, 1 inch in my hips and 0.5 inch on my thighs. I lost 10 lbs.
The below comparison is between day 1 of insanity in February and the last day of P90X in July. The combination of the two programs is really helping me shred my baby weight and tone up. I started insanity when my baby was 4 months old and finished P90X with my baby now 9 months old.
